2. The principle of adding materials is to add the small amount first and the large amount later; the hard-to-dispersed ones are added first and the easy-to-dispersed ones are added later; sulfur is added later.
This refers to the general order of adding rubber, except for butyl rubber. The sulfur of butyl rubber is difficult to disperse and added first to promote dispersion, in order to add safety, the accelerator is generally added later. In addition, the international formula writing order is generally the feeding order. When mixing the opening machine, rubber capacity, roller distance and roller temperature and other process conditions are very important.
Each specification of the refiner has a suitable capacity, too large is not easy to mix, time-consuming, too small is to affect the yield;
Roller distance is different, the shear effect is different, roller distance is large, the amount of rubber, but the shear effect is poor;
Roller distance is small, the shear effect is good, to promote the dispersion of with the agent is favorable, so the general mixing of the initial period with a larger roller distance, as soon as possible with the agent mixed into the rubber, when all with the agent mixed into the rubber, the use of smaller rollers distance, to promote the dispersion of with the agent; roller temperature is generally between 40-60 ℃;
Temperature is too low is easy to over-refining, too high, poor security, easy to cause scorching (early vulcanization), so you need to pass cooling water in the roller to reduce the temperature.
